The definitive opening party of the academic year This academic year, Antwerpen Studentenstad stages the 7th edition of StuDay. On this event, the city of Antwerp bids a fond welcome to the 33.000 students within its walls with a lavish party on the Gedempte Zuiderdokken. StuDay is a huge success and the idea has been copied by other Flemish student cities, but for the real stuff, Antwerp remains the place to be! Since 2004, Studay has been staged in collaboration with the students’ facilities services, the Antwerp University Association and the Antwerp Student Council. Following on the official opening of the academic year, students can come down to the Gedempte Zuiderdokken between 2 and 8 p.m. for free.
