Nearly one in five students has psychopathological issues to a larger or lesser extend. There is an important demand for care and guidance.

 In Antwerp, Psy-net offers psychological care. Psy-net is a collaboration between all the student counsellors and psychologists who work in the Antwerp institutions of higher education, external psychotherapists and/or mental health care centres. Complementary to counselling guidance, group training is offered for certain conditions (such as fear of failure, assertive training, relaxation training and self-management training).
