WHO IS ALLOWED TO PLACARD?

 
Not everyone is allowed to placard on the city’s or district’s boards and poster columns. The list below is an overview of the lucky ones who are allowed:
 
·          Youth movements;
·          Students’ fellowships;
·          Associations of seniors;
·          Sports clubs;
·          Socio-cultural movements;
·          Citizens (if advertising activities for the community).
