The owner and cocktail genius Manuel used to work on the QE2 cruise ship before he opened this exclusive-looking bar in Antwerp. Hunderds of cocktails on the list and Manuel knows thousands of recipes by heart. A fine pick of cigars only adds to the atmosphere.
